Off The Rails – Pops in Burr Park
FREE ADMISSION! CELEBRATE AMERICA'S 250TH WITH US! Part of the Off the Rails Summer Concert Series and presented by the Creative Arts Guild, Pops in Burr Park brings together the talent of professional musicians & vocalists, pre-professional dancers of Ballet Dalton, and community members to present this FREE performance in celebration of Independence Day and America's 250th! Made popular by the Boston Pops, "pops" is a collection of popular semi-classical orchestral arrangements performed in celebration of the July 4th holiday by different groups around the country. Monday, June 22 @ 2 p.m. T-Rex Tea Party- We will read Dino stories and celebrate with a tea party. Monday, July 6 @ 2 p.m. Archeology – We will read stories about archeology and create cave drawings, and write in hieroglyphics. Monday, July 20 @ 2 p.m. Dino Dig – We will read stories about dinosaurs and and do a dino grid drawing.
