Open to adults 19 and older. Take a break and discover calm through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and a mindfulness activity. (Spanish Translator present.) Thursday, June 18 @ 5:30 p.m.: Clay Diffuser Discs – Take a break and discover calm through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and a mindfulness activity. Inspired by archaeology, we’ll work with air-dry clay to create diffuser discs, pressing patterns and textures into the surface like artifacts shaped over time. Thursday, July 16 @ 5:30 p.m. Painted Garden Stones – Take a break and discover calm through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and a mindfulness activity. We’ll paint and decorate stones, transforming natural materials into meaningful garden décor as part of our summer reading theme Unearth a Story .
