Open to adults 19 and older. You supplies the item and we provide the supplies. Monday, June 8 @ 11:30 a.m. Keepsake Coasters – Turn your cherished memories into functional art at DIY @ the Library. Using photos, notes, or recipes, you’ll create a personalized keepsake coaster that captures a moment in time. Inspired by our Unearth a Story theme, this craft explores how we can preserve personal and family histories through creativity. All materials will be provided. Open to adults 19 and older. Take a break and discover calm through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and a mindfulness activity. (Spanish Translator present.) Inspired by archaeology, we’ll work with air-dry clay to create diffuser discs, pressing patterns and textures into the surface like artifacts shaped over time. We’ll paint and decorate stones, transforming natural materials into meaningful garden décor as part of our summer reading theme Unearth a Story .
