Ghost Noise is hosting a laid-back evening of live music at The Lofi Coffee Bar in Dalton. All genres and skill levels welcome. Come perform or just come listen. Register here to secure your time slot. Each artist will get 8 minutes or two songs for their slot. **THERE ARE ONLY 14 SLOTS SO IT WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.** After that you will be put on a waitlist if anyone drops off or have first dibs on the next open mic. Whitfield County America's 250th Celebration

Whitfield County is marking America’s 250th anniversary with a full lineup across the community. Join us Thursday, July 2nd, at the Dalton Fairgrounds (500 Legion Drive) from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm for the celebration—FREE admission, made completely possible through community sponsors! This event will feature food trucks, family activities, live music, and a drone show finale. Additional events include the time capsule opening, Liberty Tree planting, a downtown parade, and more! Off The Rails – Pops in Burr Park

Made popular by the Boston Pops, "pops" is a collection of popular semi-classical orchestral arrangements performed in celebration of the July 4th holiday by different groups around the country.
