21st Annual Snow Queen Ballet

📍 Dalton High School Theatre

The Creative Arts Guild Dance Department + Ballet Dalton is proud to present the 21st annual production of our full-length ballet, The Snow Queen, accompanied by a live chamber orchestra! Join us on this magical journey through the seasons inspired by the Hans Christian Andersen fairytale and learn how love can melt even the coldest of hearts. Thursday, November 19, 7pm Friday, November 20, 7pm Saturday, November 21, 2pm* + 7pm Sunday, November 22, 2pm *The 2pm performance on Saturday is perfect for young viewers and their families, or those new to the world of live ballet! Dalton High School Players narrate the show in character, guiding the audience through all of the music and magic of The Snow Queen along the way.

Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting

Join us as we kick off the holiday season at the Downtown Dalton Christmas Tree Lighting at Burr Park on Friday, November 27! Kids' activities begin at 5:30 PM, followed by the tree lighting at 6:00 PM. After the tree is lit, families can hop aboard the Polar Express Trolley from 6:15 to 7:15 PM for a festive ride through downtown to the Freight Depot to visit Santa.
